Can anyone help me figure out this android build error?

I'm trying to develop a VR app for android but each time I try to build it and run it off my phone it give these build errors: alt text

I've done some research but all I seem to find are year old answers telling me to use a file from the google play lib in my android adk folder, that doesn't exist anymore, and put it into my Temps res folder.

If anyone has any idea what's wrong please tell me.
