JAVAScript Learning
Well this doesn't exactly pertain to unity itself, but does anyone know any good books or online tutorials to start learning Javascript? I still haven't taken the time to learn a whole programming language, and I think I need to do it starting now. If anyone does know of any please let me know.
Actually the question is Unity related, as Unity has its own variant of the language. It has been asked several times before, however, so no upvote.
Also, just to make it absolutely explicit: you're better off reading the links below, as well as the Unity tutorials, since using a pure Javascript tutorial you might end up with syntax that doesn't apply to UnityScript.
@Ricardo, personally I think he'd be better off learning C#, but that's a whole 'nother argument...
$$anonymous$$y one question is why do you concentrate on the users bad questions, not the good ones, I have many others I wanted answered.
@jack, this isn't personal, no-one is out to get you. :) And we don't concentrate on bad questions. For instance, I notice that 14/23 of your Questions are checkmarked - so over half of your questions have been satisfactorily answered. (And the proportion is higher if you remove the duplicated question). And I seem to remember answering your Skybox question. And if I knew anything about Sketchup's exporting .fbx, I'd answer that one, but I don't - and I suspect not a lot of people use Sketchup, which means you may not get a fast answer. This isn't StackOverflow. :)
