Hi everyone, I use unity 2017.4.14f1 and i just wanna ask can ı publish my game with this version ???

You can publish games using any version as long as the platforms are still supported, for example old unity 4 games using the web player don't work at all anymore. .exe, .app and .x86_64 builds will just work, the worst that'll happen is someone complaining that you used a slightly older unity version by the look of the unity splash screen... a petty remark.
