I moved this question to the META space as it's not a question about Unity but UnityAnswers itself.
I'm not sure if i understood this question correctly. On your profile page you usually see your latest activities. There are buttons for showing your question, your answer and your comments right on that page. However it's possible that one of your question got removed because it violated the site rules. Usually this should only happen rarely. If a question is just off topic, or too general / missing information the question would be moved into the moderation queue and rejected. You should still see the question. However if a question got reported and was completely deleted from the reported page it's entirely erased.
Deleting question, answers or comment is usually only used if such a post is spam, advertisement or otherwise havily violates basic rules / netiquette.
For more information please read the FAQs and the moderator guidelines to better understand what you can post and what might have happend to your question.
If you meant that you were writing a question which you haven't posted yet and the window / tab somehow got closed before the question was sent, there's usually no way to get it back. In case of questions / answers using the history / chronic of your browser might help. In case of unsent comments there's no way as the comment input field opens dynamically. So going back or restoring a browser tab won't bring back the content.
If I write longer answers I usually backup what I've written from time to time or write it entirely in an editor on my PC. What's especially annoying is when you got logged out while writing an answer / comment. Which means when submitting the post you get redirected to the login page or get an error and your content is lost. So I highly recommend to at least copy the content you've written before submitting it ^^.
