How to create a curved scrolling panel

I understand how to make infinite vertical / horizontal scrolling panels that snap after following this tutorial.

But how do you make the panels line up in a curve, as opposed to a straight line? Like in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memory.

PS: The game is targeted for mobile, so the panels will move by dragging instead of button inputs
