Car steerAngle limitation based in wheel collider

Hey guys! I've been trying to get the steerAngle to only turn to a certain angle so far I've got this, I don't know how explain better than that take a look at the script.

 var FrontLeftWheel : WheelCollider;
     var FrontRightWheel : WheelCollider;
     var Speed : float;
     var MinSteer : float;
     var MaxSteer : float;
     var Acceleration : float;
     private var steer : float;
     var Invert : boolean;

     function Start () {
     rigidbody.centerOfMass += Vector3(0, -.75, .25);
         }

     function Update () {

         FrontLeftWheel.motorTorque = Acceleration;
         FrontRightWheel.motorTorque = Acceleration;
         if(!Invert){
         Mathf.Clamp(steer, MinSteer, MaxSteer);
         steer += 10 * Input.acceleration.y * Speed;
         }
         else{
             Mathf.Clamp(steer, MinSteer, MaxSteer);
             steer -= 10 * Input.acceleration.y * Speed;
             }
         FrontLeftWheel.steerAngle = Steer;
         FrontRightWheel.steerAngle = Steer;

     }

so I hope u guys can help me out and thank you already.
