mono-io-layer-error (111) when running code in google app bundle

I'm using Unity 2018.4 LTS
I get a network error when running my app through google app bundle (.aab) (arm7, arm64) , but the error does not occur when running trough .apk. I have pasted the error below.
I have talked to the guys behind BestHTTP and they say to post in here.
