How to recover scripts

@Bunny83 Please help I saw your answer to a post on recovering a lost script with assemblies using ILSpy and I tried doing what you said but I'm simply just got lost and had n idea what to do, I do have assemblies for the project that my scripts were deleted for; However its not allowing me to upload them here my email is shanaealexandra@gmail.com plz email me and I can hopefully end you the scripts there! I really hope you can assist me I spent almost a year on this project T.T
