Player settings not coming up, Build settings unresponsive
Hi all, day 1 user here. Running Windows 8.1

The issues are as follows
-no X-marks on popup windows (not a big deal, potentially relevant)
-Player settings not showing (so I can disable DirectX and access the store)
-Build settings unresponsive
-Preferences popup window unresponsive (not shown in video)
-Store unresponsive (I was trying to change player settings to fix this)
Steps I have taken to solve this
-Uninstall/reinstalled with the newest version 4.X.7 patch, deleted relevant roaming and appdata folder files before install)
-Machine Restarts
-Relentless googling
If there is anything you could do to assist me, and others who may have this problem, please do. I'll stick around this post until I can get this fixed.

Drivers are up to date, yes. I'm using A$$anonymous$$D Radeon HD 8550G, integrated graphics.
The reason the screencast was so strange was because the max res of the screencast application is 1024 and my monitor is 1080.
Further, I've realized the problem with any Unity popup window being frozen isn't just with the Build Settings, but also with the Prefernces window. Purely unresponsive window.
Thank you for the response though, it's nice to know the community tries to help out. Is there anything else you could recommend?
