Problem with opening projects

Hey,

I have 2019.1.8f1 personal version Unity, I have problem with opening Unity Projects. After clicking on project I get a starting window of unity for 10 to 15 seconds, than it shuts down and unity hub windows pops off and nothing else happens. I can start new projects but I cant open any. I dont get any error messages. Does this happening only to me or I'm missing something?

Any help is appreciated.
