Can't upload file
I got this message when i was trying to upload a png file
Error parsing the uploaded file.
I experienced the same issue; are you two also using the 2019.3 alpha? I am wondering if it isn't a bug with the alpha version.
Didn't think that would make a difference, i'm using web browser (Chrome).

This has nothing to do with Unity but with Unity Answers. I've moved the question to the $$anonymous$$ETA space since that's what it's good for.
Yes, the issues on UnityAnswers are piling up and the upload issue is there already for several month. The markdown rendering issue for several years...
I had this too, tried gimp exported gif, jpg, png, no luck
