How can I trigger a collider with a image???

Hi! Im trying to add powerups to my game, and I want to trigger it when a image from the UI that you drag collides with the player, I have done the dragging and the UI but I don´t know how to do to trigger a collider with a UI image. Please help me, it is a 2D game. Thanks!
