UNITY HDRP 11 have a VERY BAD ISSUE

Some files such as Inspector Curve Editor has being imported as BINARY FILES and the downloaded package seems not working fine. I dont know where to reimport/redownload the HDRP packages. Its just broke my project at all now. Thanks.
