ScrollView don't scroll

Hello everybody ! So i use a ScrollView in my project, and i have a problem, i can't scroll, the scrollbar show that i can scroll, but i can't. I watch many threads about this problem but i can't find a solution.

I made many screenshots to show how i set my ScrollView, if anybody can help me. alt text

Solution found : i forgot to add an event system.
