Offline license activation

Hello,

I am trying to install Unity offline because I don't have an active internet on the computer I use Unity.

When I put in my credentials to login it will not give me the page to go manual activation. So I cannot make the offline manual license file.

I am using 2018-3.11f1

Who can I make it work so I can use Unity for personal use?
