Unity Window Locked in Place
After messing with the location of all the GUI windows, I wanted to put them all back. I tried the layout options under the layout dropdown menu, but none seemed right. So I hit revert factory settings under that menu.
Now the entier Unity window is frozen in place on my monitor. It cannot be grabbed by the top bar and dragged, and the minimize, maximize, and close buttons typical to Windows programs absent.
I have closed the program and reopened it. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. It remains locked in place. I find it much less usable hobbled in this way.
Windows 7, 64-bit.
Any ideas what I can try to fix this?

Alt-space will open up a Windows menu for the Unity window. Select Move. Then use the keyboard's arrow keys to move the window down so that the header is shown. Then you can select the minimize/maximize buttons on the window as normal.
