Drawing Pixelated Lines
How would you go about pixelated lines like these:

Regular line renderers don't seem to work for this as they don't draw pixel perfect lines.
I could use many blank sprites then use Bresenham's line algorithm to fill the line in, but that would be HORRIBLY optimized. I plan to have hundreds of these lines at once so using many sprites would not be possible.
I'm not an expert in shaders so would they be necessary for this?
