How can i get rid of error CS0246 in VS with Unity 2017.1?

I have this error when building from VS 2017 and monodevelopp. Those error seems to be related to 3rd party asset not being built with the proper .NET version. What can we do about that ?

Also, why are these errors/warnings gone when using .NET 4.6 expermiental from within Unity ?
