Can't Create MySqlCommand Object

I am getting a massive error when I try to make a MySqlCommand Object, and I have no idea why. Any help would be appreciated!

Here is the code:

 using UnityEngine;
 using System;
 using System.Collections;
 using System.Data;
 using MySql.Data;
 using MySql.Data.MySqlClient;

 public class TitleScript : MonoBehaviour {
 MySqlCommand cmd = null;

 }

Here is the error:

Internal compiler error. See the console log for more information. output was: Unhandled Exception: Mono.CSharp.InternalErrorException: Assets/TitleScript.cs(11,14): TitleScript ---> Mono.CSharp.InternalErrorException: Assets/TitleScript.cs(30,14): TitleScript.cmd ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Drawing, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies.
