what is going on(grapping hook)

so i'm new to unity and im useing the grappling hook from the channel 1 minute unity(the perfect grappling hook) and im trying to get a secend grappling hook for one without launch to point but my grappling hook just wont connect how do i fix it(sorry for the spelling) alt text
