Changing AnimationClips at runtime
Hello everyone,
i am trying to change the animation of a state in the Animator at roundtime. I need this or something similar, since i want to use this to customize attack move sets. I came across this post https://answers.unity.com/questions/1319072/how-to-change-animation-clips-of-an-animator-state.html about a similar problem. I also tried the examples in the docs on AnimatorOverrideController https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/AnimatorOverrideController.html . But they seem to only work with clip names, not the state names.
In my case i want to access the states by tehir name, not their clips. Am I missing something or Is there another way to do this? Otherwise i would have to do a lot of name tracking for the clips.
Thanks in advance!
