Why is visual studios not letting me use unity functions?
Ok so my first minor problem happens when I double click my c# file in unity instead of opening the code editor it just opens the visual studios menu no big deal I can just manually open the file. So I do and every thing is fine until I try if (Input.GetKey("w")) its says Input is not defined and its the same thing with a bunch of unity functions. notes: 1 I'm using unity 2019.3.0a5 2 I'm using visual studios 2019 3 if your asking I do have the using UnityEngine

What IDE are you using? I think you have to switch to Visual studio for that version of Unity as monodevelop is no longer supported. https://blogs.unity3d.com/2018/01/05/discontinuing-support-for-monodevelop-unity-starting-in-unity-2018-1/
