How "Zoink games" achieved game "Fe" style? I mean, which tools they used?
I mean, which techniques they used to achieve this low-poly gradient without texture(almost) style? How can I achieve this in my game? Which tools and shaders should I use?

Hello.
Iss difficult to answer your question... Its a mix of so many things glowing textures, light rendering, shaders, shadow casting, etc...
You should try to do something and then aproac thign by thing.
