icl2pp not building correctly for android.,IL2cpp not building correctly for android. Mono worked.

The relevant error message here is:

The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform

I believe the cause of this issue is some problem with the Android NDK installation. It seems that you might have the Android NDK installed for the wrong platform or architecture. Maybe try to re-install the Android NDK. See details here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/android-sdksetup.html
