Profiler shows Gfx.WaitforPercent Cause more time what this (Gfx.waitforpercent ) is ?

i am creating car race game using unity standard assets and my game has a lot of performance problem so i move to the profiler analysis and i found this thing Gfx.WaitforPercent taking much time around more than 20 ms and i don't know what this is can any one understanding what my problem is if any one dose kindly reply thanks
