Google Play OBB or expansion file not being found until phone is restarted
I'm trying to upload a project that is larger than 100mb to google play and I'm having problems with the expansion file. When I download the app it is not finding any of the assets in the file until I restart the phone. After restarting the phone it works fine. It seems to be something with permissions. When the App is first installed it does not have permissions to access the OBB file.
I found this post talking about the issue, but didn't find a solution. https://forum.unity3d.com/threads/apk-with-expansion-file-obb-fails-to-load-the-second-scene-until-the-phone-has-been-restarted.465714/
Is anyone know how to solve this?
