What are the best android phones for developing games in unity3d?

Since android is just an OS and can be installed on variety of phones. what are the best choices for developing using Unity3d. By that I mean the hardware specs of the phone and your personal experience on that. I never had a chance to play with it.

Thanks,

I would assume the most popular android phones (blackberry, droid), as those are the ones you're customers will be playing from most likely?

yes, general popularity (cause even popularity differs based on region). I'm looking for something which generally has a good market and is also less problematic for me as a developer.

Note that if you want to develop games for android, you should pick a slow phone - not the fastest phone on the marked. At least if you want to publish your games to the mass marked.
