Playing Stereoscopic Video inside Unity

I want to play a 3d movie (stereoscopic movie) inside unity, i know that unity is not supporting Stereoscopic games (even if there is plug-ins that do the trick) but if i inserted a 3d video as a movie texture inside unity and build the game, then start the game on a supported 3d screen, does the video displayed as Stereoscopic video or i must use an engine (like UnrealEngine) that fully supports 3d (i don't want the game to be 3d, i only want the movies to displayed as 3d) ???
