GameView reduced to a reasonable size for this system

I get errors after changing computer.

"GameView reduced to a reasonable size for this system"

I searched and it is happening because of graphics card's vram. Apperantly mine has 0 mb vram and I can't change it via bios or regedit. Any help pls? alt text I had used Unity with this computer before.
