Hello i am building a simple 2d endless runner game and I am having troubles applying textures to the materials of my game, I have already created a script to be used for the camera, and i have created a quad to be used as my background, along with the quad i created a ,Hello i am building a simple 2d endless runner game and I am having troubles applying textures to the materials of my game, I have already created a script to be used for the camera, and i have created a quad to be used as my background, along with the quad i created a material that would use the background image, however when i chose various materials and i run my the game in unity to preview what the material would look like, the background image i choose looks weird and elongated please help me with this problem as I am just starting out thank you for your time.
