Win32Exception error, just installed Unity again

I just installed Unity again and I keep getting this error and I don't know how to solve it. I also can't add any scripts to anything and I figured out it might be related to these error messages? After 'Native error' it says 'The system can't find the specified file', only it's Dutch. Any help to fix this problem is welcome!
