Project settings unavailable

Hi, i'm building an app for android. in Editor everything works, but i'm unable to make a apk because of settings, so unity asked me to set them... what i'm trying to do, unfortunately, when i try to enter settings, here is what i get:

(i tryed to swap back to windows version, and can go to player settings, but the bug comes back when i go to android section parameters.) alt text

after more reboot of unity, i have got the android panel in wich i can see all options back. i clicked on Icon category, and the bug comes back.

after more tried, i finally got it to work.

i have installed android SD$$anonymous$$ but now, i have this error CommandInvokationFailure: Failed to update Android SD$$anonymous$$ package list. C:/Program Files/Unity/Hub/Editor/2019.3.0a2/Editor/Data/PlaybackEngines/AndroidPlayer\SD$$anonymous$$\tools\bin\sdkmanager.bat --list
