How to make conversation UI similar to Pillars of Eternity or Planescape:Torment

Hi, how would you go about making a window like in pillars of eternity where you can see the starting text and have conversation options to choose from, which when clicked, would add more text and options below the previous one and make the window focus on the new text and options.
