Performance improvement after seeing Profiler

I have developed 2d game and it was about to complete. I am facing performance issue in some of lower and medium config android devices. For getting information about where lagging exist I used Profiler.

I have getting following data using Profiler and some what become confused.

Overview Profiler

After seeing this detail, I have two questions in mind whether it is normal? I don't know about that. I am pretty good programmer so I don't think, I have misused any components.

  1. After seeing CPU Usage, why my game vSync showing high graph?

  2. After seeing Overview, Why my WaitForTargetFPS cost more?

VSync and WaitForTargetFPS are both operations which are tied to the passage of time. They're going to occupy large amounts of time in the profiler, and that doesn't indicate the presence of a problem.

Performance suffering on low-spec devices likewise isn't necessarily indicative of a specific problem; this is also to be expected, no? Optimize as many operations as possible, starting with the most expensive or most frequent.
