Changing File Structure Of Final Output Build

I have noticed there are many Unity Decompilers which can decompile the whole unity game within a matter of a few minutes and we can extract any scene, textures, models and many more things while I was thinking if I will change the default file structure of my final build and make it look like it is being made from any other uncommon engine then it will become harder for someone to mod/crack the game... Is there any way around I can do that and make it look entirely different than default one...
