What does error shouldIgnoreInGarbageDependencyTracking mean ?
Upon loading the project I get this in my console.
state.object->ShouldIgnoreInGarbageDependencyTracking() == !doesClassIDHaveReferences !state.object->ShouldIgnoreInGarbageDependencyTracking()
Never seen it before, only since upgrading to 4.1.2.
Game will run in player ok, but will freeze on "building level 0" when trying to compile for iOS.
Whats does this mean, it doesn't refer to any line of my code.
Just came here to second the issue, I am experiencing this error as well. I did not experience these errors before 4.0.2. In my case I do have objects instantiating in my scene as well as garbage collection to clean them up.

Gidday, I was getting the same call from state.object and it turned out to be that removing a Resources.UnloadUnusedAssets() call (I was only using one) solved the problem. I was also instantiating assets into the scene and had previously been using the unload command to free up memory.
