Distorted Graphics on first start after Android install

After each build my app will show some weirdly distorted graphics, see screenshot. From the 2nd app start on everything is OK. Does anybody have any idea what's going on? alt text

I'm using Unity 2018.3, phone is a Samsung S7, min SDK 26, target SDK 28
