What's causing my 401 Unauthorised error when downloading in package manager?

I get this error every time i try to download an asset from the package manager.

I have whitelisted UnityHub and Unity 3D with my antivirus (windows defender), as well as allowing it access on the firewall. I can't find any answers online. Any help is appreciated :)
