kite game should be 2D or3d??

I want to design a kite game using unity What should i aim for?? A 2d game or a 3d game?? how can i make a kite object...??

A "kite game"? Can you be more specific? Are you a character flying a kite and doing tricks with it? Are you playing the kite itself, and dodging obstacles in the sky? Is the game from the kite's point of view? Is it a side-scroller? Is it a classic 4-pointed kite with a string tail, or a box kite, or a Chinese dragon kite? What art style are you going for?
