Scripts unchecking automatically

I'm doing the Survival Shooter tutorial and with the enemy #1 when I press play the EnemyMovement script seems to automatically uncheck itself. Plus I keep getting errors saying: alt text

despite the fact that the line in question doesn't have anything wrong with is as far as I can see
