issue: Can't create new project

Hi guys,

So i'm new with Unity but there is something odd with it. When i try to create a new project (i put the name's project ...) nothing happens. Unity is still running in the background but no window. Once i let my pc run for 2-3 (was at work) i finally got an error pop up. The solution didn't help out.

And when i relaunch Unity i got the project with the version:UnknownUnityVersion.

I have 2018.2.1f1 version

Soomeone know how i can this bud work ?
