Camera Movement issue

I have a problem
I have a Game in development
I have an older version where i can move the Camera with the mouse
And a newer version were i cant do that
Between the too changed only some other scripts that are not relevant to the camera
but the scripts are exactly the same :/

Does some one have a Idea why this happens?
