attach drawing line using (LineRenderer) to moving background

I am using LineRenderer to draw on the screen & I am using scrolling background. I need to attach the drawing line to the background and make what ever I draw scroll with it. I tried to make LineRenderer child to background Object & it doesn't work.

can any one help?
