Multiple Scroll Not Working

So here is my idea i have a list of some item with some catagories alt text

C1 is Category 1

.And visible to camera or user screen other categories shows when User scroll horizontally.

C1 has multiple items as shows in image and lets suppose 7 item are shown but there are more item to show so when user scroll vertically more item shows.

But my problem is either Horizontal Scroll is working or Vertical Scroll is working both are failed to work as mentioned.

i am using unity5 new UI.

What do you mean by "fail to work". Do they work individually but stop when both are present? What are they doing? Please add more explanation. $$anonymous$$aybe add a gif/video demonstrating the problem.
