unity 5- IOS works only in development build

I have strange issue that don't know how to solve or trouble shooting it. The app works fine when I build it with as development build. But when I uncheck the development option SOME of the scene are getting Black with some spot of other colors.

This scenario happened ONLY on IOS . It works fine editor/Android or web.

Any idea how to trouble shouting it. alt text
