Weird stripes in the background

Hello everybody! I drew the background in illustrator and placed in the scene. All okay, but when the player starts moving, weird stripes sometimes appear in the background. You can see it on the video, which I attached. The stripes are very clearly visible on the first tree. Help me, please!
