Hello I was searching around there and I wasn't able to find the pre built_in shaders license, an I want to know what license apply on them to know what I can and can't do with them.

My guess would be that the build in shaders do fall under the
UNITY PRO AND UNITY PERSONAL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT 5.X
Could be but on the site is not specified, and the same unity people on the live training or other things incite to modify and read the shaders, but the EULA says that you can't modify the software.
General Restrictions. Except as expressly specified in this Agreement, you may not: (a) copy (except in the course of loading or installing) or modify or create derivative works of the Software
The shader are more asset that come with that software and not the executable itself. I may not modify the the unity.exe but they provide the default thader so we can modify them. All the demo examples that come with unity (or are now available in the asset store) are free to use and modify.
