Rendering progressive lightmap ignores some gameobjects (2018.2.b4)
I took my project from 5.6 to the latest 2018 (b2) and the primary asset is ignored by the spot lighting that should be showing the game object when I render with progressive light mapping, directional mode (baked indirect). Instead it shines through it as if it were invisible. I took a screenshot of the scene with the resulting baked light map and the GO selected. in the game window you can see the unlit object (kind of, because it's unlit). Any trouble shooting tips would be appreciated.
Things of note: These items are the only GO with skinned mesh render components, there is a mysterious field called 'rendered layer mask'. I can select edit bounds but see no way to visualize the changes.
...another image with a simplified scene. GO with skinmesh renderer are ignored by baked lighting.
