Choppy on iPhone only...
Hi, I have a simple scene set up and for simplicity, it's basically like 30 moving cubes I've created from generic game objects. I am using the free version of Unity so I don't have the profiler. But basically it runs at about 800 FPS in the simulator, not sure on Android but it looks really good and smooth on my Galaxy note 10.1, and on my iPhone 5 it looks really choppy. I can't understand why something so simple would have issues on an iPhone 5. I've read other posts and turned off the vsync but that still hasn't helped. Any ideas? Thanks
Steve

Use the profiler. (This is present in non-Pro versions of Unity iOS add-on.)
Thanks, It wasn't the framerate I'm not sure what the deal was. Basically I just jacked up the iphone max frame rate to 60 fps and it seems to be working better.

Hey man, can you tell me what exactly did you do? Cuz I have the same problem here... a simple game looks really choppy on iPhone, but really smoth on an Android phone.
I think he just jacked up the iphone max frame rate to 60 fps.
