How to increase sprite resolution within Unity?
Hey all, I noticed my 2D game's sprites were looking kinda bad, so I decided to amp up the resolution and PPU proportionally, in order to have the sprites the same size but with more pixels. Is there any way I can do that (for example, turning a 100x100 sprite into a 200x200) within Unity, or is my only bet going into some other program (like Photoshop)? Thanks!
unity cant add extra pixels, but maybe the problem is not the amount the of pixels but the compression/max size / resize algortithm
Changed resize alg, max size and nothing, but can't find compression.
As for adding extra pixels, I wanted to do what was suggested here
what he is suggesting is just edit the sprite from outside unity and use the pixels per unit for making it smaller, can you try setting the filder mode to Point (no filter)
